Emery Santerre, DVM

Emery Santerre, DVM

Veterinarian

Emery Santerre, DVM grew up in Washington County and is a graduate of Michigan State University. Those school years were the only time he was away from his beloved Maine. An avid fisherman, he relaxes pursuing striped bass and tuna. He takes pride in the medical care he provides and in the exceptional staff who work with him. (Chat topics – fishing and Red Sox)
Christopher Sevigny, DVM

Christopher Sevigny, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr Christopher Sevigny was born and raised in Sanford, Maine. He graduated from Sanford High School in 2001 and received his BS in Animal Sciences from Cornell University in 2005. He attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine from 2005-2008, completing his clinical year at Louisiana State University. He received his DVM from Ross in early 2009.

Following graduation, he practiced in Bar Harbor for 2 years before moving to Lafayette, Louisiana to be with his (now) wife. Dr Sevigny practiced in south Louisiana for 7 1/2 years before deciding to move back to Maine with his family of 4.

Dr Sevigny brings almost 10 years of small animal experience with him and enjoys internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. He currently lives in his childhood home with his “Island Dog”, Brinley and his cats Blue and Scratchy. In his spare time, he enjoys all Boston sports teams, and also his adopted “home” team, the New Orleans Saints. In the warmer months, he particularly enjoys gardening, and he is excited to show his warmer-climate family the ropes of winter in Maine.
